Skimmed milk powder

Milk powders are manufactured dairy products made by spray drying fresh milk. The varieties are indicated as Low Heat, Medium Heat and High Heat milk powders.

With producing Skimmed milk powders, the water in the pasteurized skimmed cow’s milk will be removed by vacuum evaporation. The result: concentrated skimmed milk is then spray dried. It contains max. 5% or less moisture and max. 1.5% or less milk fat.

Full cream milk powder

Full Cream Milk powders are manufactured dairy products made by spray drying fresh milk. The varieties are indicated as Low Heat, Medium Heat and High Heat milk powders.

Fatfilled milk powder

Fat filled powders are skimmed milk or whey powders that are enriched with vegetable fat. This is done before the dehydration process. There are different types of vegetable fats like palm or coconut which can be added.

This type of milk powder is often used in cheese, yoghurt, ice cream, curd, reconstituted milk and whitener for coffee and tea.

Buttermilk powder

Buttermilk powder is spray dried buttermilk. It is used in a variety of products, for example baked goods, ice cream, puddings, beverages, breading, snack coatings, chocolates and processed cheese slices.

Whey powders

Whey powders are a manufactured dairy product by spray drying cheese whey. Cheese whey is a co-product of cheese production and a valuable raw material for different whey powder varieties that can vary as a result of the preparation of the whey like desalting, desugaring, and selective filtration. Resulting in the multiple use of whey varieties in different applications, for example in infant nutrition, dairy, ice cream and bakery.

Cheese is a dairy product derived from milk that is produced in a wide range of flavors, textures, and forms by coagulation of the milk protein casein

Cheese consists of proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. It is produced by coagulation of the milk protein, casein.

The solids are separated and pressed into final form. Some cheeses have moulds on the rind or throughout. Most cheeses melt at cooking temperature.
